The Issue

The Problem

York County is severely underserved by our library system and our current library board and county council are doing nothing about it. The first step to progress is to have a formal needs assessment done and the board is ignoring our requests. In addition, the board has decided to change their meeting times and locations to prevent the public from attending and speaking at them.
